As a consulting service I rely almost exclusively on my laptop to communicate with my Clients and Work Associates. Therefore, having proficient and timely support for my Outlook, Blackberry and the entire variety of technical software supporting my business needs is a Number 1 priority for me. Our company first called CompITS about two years ago. As Microsoft Outlook is a core component of our operation, we were looking for an IT company that could upgrade our infrastructure making more of its services available to us. Dan made the necessary recommendations, and I approved his installation and management of two servers with Microsoft Server 2003, Exchange Mail Server, the wiring of our entire headquarters to CAT6 cabling, installation of 10/1000 Routers, Bridges, Switches, Firewalls and the setup of our network to work with an IP telephone system. They later installed additional Servers in our overseas office in South America having the networks work collaboratively with Corporate.
