What is a bare-metal backup?
A bare-metal backup is a full image of a computer: including the operating system, applications, drivers, system state, and data. In a disaster, we can restore it to a new, empty hard drive or even different hardware.
How often are backups taken?
Default is nightly after business hours with near-continuous change tracking for critical systems. Schedules can be customized to your needs.
How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to management consoles uses MFA and role-based controls. Optional immutable/cloud-locked retention protects against ransomware attacks on backups
Do you test Restores?
Yes. We perform periodic test restores and share reports so you have proof that backups are healthy and recoverable
